Our Story

It all began with the Tamale and Taco House founded by my Mother (Mimi) over 50 years ago. In the following years, people came from all over to savor the Tamales, Tacos, Enchiladas and rich Mexican Hot Sauce. 

Mimi's recipe for Mexican Hot Sauce is the inspiration and foundation for Mimi's Texican Salsa. Mimi and I are native Texans, she was born in Houston and I was born in Kingsville. We are a Texas Family and this Salsa is proudly made in Texas with all the loving care that Mimi put into it over 50 years ago
